Interview with Irene and Marion Mitchell concerning their experiences as residents of Hamilton Park, Texas from 1955 to 1980. The Mitchells discuss their youth in Central Texas, their education in segregated schools, their decision to build a home in Hamilton Park, home improvements, school activities, the desegregation of Hamilton Park School, the development of Mitchell Mail Service, transportation problems, zoning problems, Interorganizational Council, the "Buy Out," and current neighborhood problems.
